Baking Measurement Equivalents

Picture of measuring spoons, bowl of flour and a stick of butter These helpful Baking Measurement Equivalents should help you out in a pinch (which by the way equals a few grains, a dry dash or less than 1/8 teaspoon). Occasionally you will need to convert measurements from one unit to another. If you are ever doubling recipes, you may find that it would be more efficient to use 1/4 cup instead of 4 Tablespoons. Conversely, If you are halving a recipe using 2 Tablespoons is easier than 1/8 of a cup, because an 1/8th cup measure is difficult to find. Any way you slice it or measure it, I hope these help.
